- To contact users as necessary for maintenance, important notices, or other operational reasons
- To identify and take appropriate action against users who violate the Terms of Use or attempt to use the Services for fraudulent or improper purposes
- To allow users to view, edit, or delete their registered information and check their usage history
- To process payments for paid services
- For other purposes reasonably related to the above
- Article 4 (Change in Purpose of Use)
-
- The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information if the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose.
- In the event of such changes, users will be notified through methods specified by the Company or via announcements on this website.
- Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
-
- The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases or as otherwise permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations:
- When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining the person's consent is difficult.
- When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or a party entrusted by such an agency, in the execution of duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent may impede the performance of those duties.
- When the following information has been provided or made readily accessible to the individual in advance, and the Company has submitted a report to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
- That the purpose of use includes the provision of personal information to third parties;
- The specific data items to be provided;
- The means or methods of provision;
- That the Company will cease the provision of personal information to third parties upon the individual’s request; and
- The procedures for submitting such a request.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases do not constitute the provision of personal information to a third party:
- When the Company outsources the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose of use.
- When personal information is provided in connection with a business transfer, such as through a merger or other form of succession.

- The name or title of the individual or entity responsible for managing the personal information.
- Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

- Upon request from the individual, the Company will disclose the relevant personal information without delay. However, disclosure may be withheld in whole or in part if any of the following apply. In such cases, the Company will promptly notify the individual of its decision. A processing fee of ¥1,000 per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
- If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- If there is a risk of significantly hindering the Company’s business operations
- If disclosure would violate applicable laws or regulations
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company will not, in principle, disclose information that does not constitute personal information, such as access logs, usage history, or device-related identifiers.
- Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
-

- Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
